I need my students to be able to log into sketchup for schools

I have added your domains to our whitelist so you should now be able to login tp SketchUp for Schools. Please note however that even with your domain approved on our end, your district’s G Suite or Microsoft Edu administrator will still need to approve the app and accept the terms of use. This should be a straightforward process but if you have any questions please let me know.

The administrator for our gsuite account can’t seem to find a place to approve the terms of use. She said she’s whitelisted us on her end, but I’m still getting the login error. Any thoughts?

You guys added me to the whitelist last week, and all was fine until last night. We’re being asked if we’re in the right spot again.

The admin has reinstalled sketch up for schools and accepted all the permissions, but we are still unable to access the app. This is a real bummer…
Our IT has found it. The option to install on the domain was not listed in the marketplace, she had to go to edu.sketchup.com to install the domain. Now were all set up. Sorry for all the confusion on our end.
Our staff and students can no longer login as well. Followed all the install step. We need to be whitelisted
