Paul, can you share the .skp file so we can see what happens on another machine?

i stripped some of the big components first, but the palettes still don’t work (this has happened to me before on other models, so I’m not sure that the model is the cause. but you guys will know better than me!)

I do not have that category in SKP 2026 on my Mac.

I think I have seen the problem before, but so far can’t remember what caused it.

just to clarify - In my model does work for me. It’s the standard palettes that come with SU that are only showing background colours. So my Mac seems to be having trouble finding the image texture files….
