Why i can't open file in phone

I made one design to show my clients in sketch web, but i can’t open in my phone

I have added screen shot what its show, please help me and give some solution.

I made one design to show my clients in sketch web

It might be that it’s because you are using SketchUp Free. This version is for hobby use not for use with clients.

You need a SketchUp Go, SketchUp Pro, or SketchUp Studio subscription to use SketchUp for commercial work.
