Hello, I’m desperately looking for someone who can help me fix my SketchUp file. I have a presentation to discuss with a client that I have prepared for and right now I can’t even open the file. If anyone has any information or resources to help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
What version of SketchUp are you running? There is no free version of 2021, as indicated in your profile, and for client work you would have a Pro subscription, or a classic license.
What happens when you try to open the file? Is it saved to a cloud location or on your PC? Do you receive an error?
You could share the file so we can try to help you. PResumably it’s too large to upload directly so upload it to DropBox or We Transfer and share the link.
Where have you been saving the file while you were working on it?
Your profile says you are using “Free Plan” 2021. Does that mean you are using a cracked version?
