Why its still showing like that… I just purchased Skexthup for web and still can’t see
There must be a problem with the file, if you want you can share it and I can check if it opens on the desktop version.

the mobile viewer isn’t depending on any subscription, it just hasn’t been updated since september 2024. Any file created with 2024&2025 version won’t open, nor files created with sketchup for web.
and since you can’t officially save to older versions…
There any way i can open my file in my phone?

I could open your file without any issues, I fixed it a bit, since you have an stl I guess you want to print it so you must have solid groups, you had two tags but those were assigned to loose geometry so when I ran Cleanup3 it removed the tags from the geometry and deleted them since they weren´t been used on the model, anyways you can create them again and assign just to groups or components.
