Trouble logging into SketchUp

Hi, I’m having trouble logging into SketchUp. I’m a company admin, but in the last few days I haven’t been able to log myself in. In the account manager, access is checked only for me. But when I launch SketchUp, it tells me that I’ve exceeded the number of allowed sign-ins. That can’t be right – I’ve signed out all other users. I’ve tried this like a hundred times already.

I am having a very similar problem and have not found any way to solve it.

Each copy of SketchUp that you are signed in under counts as one activation. Are you still using 2024, or now are on 2025? Check for any versions of SketchUp you have that are 2019 or later, and make sure you are signed out from the ones you’re not using.

try this then log out and back in.

if it doesn’t work, you can try to delete the session file
