You can try:
(a) Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing the browser cache and cookies can resolve the issue. This can be done through the browser settings.
(b) Delete Login Session File:
-
On MS Windows navigate to:
%AppData%/SketchUp/SketchUp 2024/
and delete thelogin_session.dat
file.
* In versions 2023 and older thelogin_session.dat
file is in theSketchUp
subfolder of the path given above. -
On Apple MacOS navigate to:
~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2024/
and find thelogin_session.dat
file there or in theSketchUp
subfolder, then delete it.
Change the version of SketchUp in the given paths for the version you are trying to log into. I wrote 2024
because your forum profile still says this version.
Then, restart SketchUp and try signing in again.
