Hello everyone,
unsuccessfully these days I am trying to open since I made the annual sketchup subscription. When I click login or restart browser nothing happens. If I manually go to Edge or Chroome to login however the product won’t start. Can anyone help me figure out how to solve the problem?

inutilmente questi giorni sto provando ad aprire da quando ho fatto l’abbonamento annuale sketchup. Quando clicco su accedi o su riavvia browser non accade nulla. Se vado manualmente su Edge o Chroome a fare il login comunque il prodotto non si avvia. Qualcuno può aiutarmi a capire come risolvere il problema?

After you have found and deleted login_session.dat, try opening SketchUp again. For SketchUp to work, you do need to sign in from SketchUp. Opening your browser and signing into Trimble or SketchUp won’t help SketchUp to know that you are signed in. Click the Sign In button in the SketchUp welcome screen.
