I’m having trouble logging in to SketchUp PRO. From one day to the next, after successfully logging in with my credentials, the program takes me back to this screen. I’ve already tried deleting the .dat file, clearing the web cache, and even changing the default browser, but I haven’t been able to resolve the issue. I think it’s a licensing issue because it’s happening on all connected computers, even when I’m connected to a different network than the one I use every day. I’ve also attached a screenshot showing the subscription status as active. Can anyone help?

I successfully logged out and followed the instructions without success. I don't understand what happened, and Trimble isn't responding to my support ticket.

I managed to contact Trimble. There was a licensing issue; the credit card associated with the subscription probably expired and they couldn't renew the license. I'll get a new one.
