Unable to log in, even though I am logged in

Hi,
I get the following error.

'We are experiencing technical difficulties

This device is not authorized. Please sign out and sign back in to continue or enter a classic license.’

Yet, I have a green check mark and appear to be logged in.

And have you logged out and logged in again like the message suggests?

also, any chance you have another version of sketchup open in the background ?

Yes, multiple times

I restarted my machine in case I did have another version open, same result.

There appears to be an issue at the moment. Several people are looking into it.
