Keep getting this error for a few days

When I start the page I get this message

We are experiencing technical difficulties

This device is not authorized. Please sign out and sign back in to continue or enter a classic license.

yes. and what did you try these last few days ?

I assume you tried signing out and in again ? did you also tried deauthorising all then log in / out ?

is a confusing message? It should not be displayed

well no, it tells you that they are experiencing technical difficulties, it’s actually quite reassuring, the error is in their end not yours.
