The original file is saved via server in our studio. And I also tried renaming the .skp to .skb as mwntioned earlier in some post. This does not solve my problem.

All of the SKP is zeros, and a huge part of the SKB is as well. It would not be possible to recover much from the SKB.

Yes. There is nothing in the files to recover.
Where have you been saving the file as you’ve been working on it? Make sure you are saving to an internal drive on your computer. Also save your files to your Trimble Connect storage to create a backup in case things go bad on your computer.

We’ve seen other reports from users of corrupted models when they are working directly with network-saved files. Best practice would be to download the file directly to your computer, work on it and save locally, and then when you are finished, upload it back to the network location.

The .skp file contains nothing but zeroes and the .skb file Is missing critical data including the file header. There’s nothing to recover from either file. Where have you been saving the file as you were working on it? Are you using a cracked version of SketchUp 2023?

What version of SketchUp are you using? You list a non-existent version in your profile. SketchUp for Schools is a web based version for young school children. Is it actually a cracked version? Where have you been saving the file while you are working on it? The file is full of nothing but zeroes. There is nothing to recover from it.

The file you posted contains nothing, but zeros. Unfortunately it cant be recovered. You may need to check if you have .skb file if it is better or not.
