What version of SketchUp are you really using? There is no Free Plan of SketchUp 2023 as you put in your forum profile. Or are you using a cracked version? Where are you saving the file while working on it?
The .skp file is nearly all zeroes. Nothing to recover. The .skb is mostly zeroes, too.

As I wrote, neither the .skp nor the .skb file are coverable. The contain almost nothing but zeroes. Have you been saving and working on the file directly from your Google Drive?
Saving to an internal drive and copying it to Google Drive is generally the recommended method. Do you still have a copy of the finle on the internal drive?

Since you are using SketchUp 2023, I would suggest not only saving the file on the internal drive but alsosaving it to your Trimble Connect storage. You get unlimited storage there as part of the price of your subscription. Every time you save the file to Trimble Connect it saves a new version which makes it possible to go back to an earlier version if needed.
So can my file not be repaired?
No. As I wrote, there’s nothing to recover.

There’s nothing in that file but zeroes. Do you have the .skb backup file? Maybe it is viable.
Where have you been saving the file while working on it? Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2024. Have you been taking advantage of the unlimited Trimble Connect storage included with your subscription and saving copies of your files there?
