My skp file that I saved from disk cannot be opened with the error “This file does not appear to be an skp file”. I don’t have the skb version. The file size is 145 MB, so the file is full but I can’t see it. Please help.
You will have to share the file before anyone can look at it…
Your profile says you are using SketchUp for Schools which is web based. Is that correct?

Looks like about half the file is zeroes. If it’s a model you need you will probably have to start over.
DON"T save and work on the file on an external drive.
Do I have a chance to save it? I can’t start over. Can I get as much as I can?
I doubt it. @colin might be able to look at it and get something but I sure wuoldn’t be holding my breath based on what I’ve seen of it.

What you don’t understand is that I did this 3 years ago so I don’t remember some of the details.
I’m afraid you don’t understand that it’s not likely at all that anything useful can be recovered.

The file you gave is not a SketchUp file. Don’t know what kind it is. Look in the same folder to see if you have a 29 mayıs render 11.skb file for us to look at.
