You can edit those paths and set them to what you want. Click on the icon to the right of the path window and set the paths as desired.
Shut your computer down completely and restart it.

This could be hardware related. If on a laptop, close all other apps (and only one instance of SketchUp) have the power plugged in and try agan.
Try updating the graphic drivers via the Intel site.
