hello, what is the approx size of your model ? try to scale it up x100 before using follow me tool.
Sketchup will fail building really tiny faces, especially with those curves that would imply creating plenty of them

If you follow @dezmo’s second piece of advice you won’t have to scale down after Follow Me.

Also, before running Follow Me, delete the face of the circle so the bottom of the “wavy” shape is filled after Follow Me completes. Or place the circle so it is not touching the profile shape.
