I don’t see any problems with your extension purchase. So long as you’re signing in with your plumber supply email address, that should work. There is a different issue that could affect both your SketchUp license and your extension licenses. I’ll give you all of the steps to fix that other issue, …

Thanks Colin but unfortunately nothing changed after completing the steps. A couple of things that might help with a solution is under my downloads it is still saying 0/3 under activations. Also a message popup stating not compatible with my operating system do I wish to proceed anyway, [image]

so after many attempts to rectify Sketchup and the developer are unable to resolve the issue with licensing and issued a refund. Is anybody successfully using Snap Connector Tool? Does anybody know of a similar extension to be able to snap components together like this.

I think I tried this before, but I uninstalled the plugin from SU 2023. Then I copied the Cadman folder and the “rb” file from SU 2022 plugins folder. Now I no longer am getting the pop-up asking me to purchase.
