Sketchup Pro 2018 License issue

I get this error message when I try to add my license for Sketchup Pro 2018

"Oops…

That doesn’t look like a valid license for this version.
Each year’s version has its own unique license serial number and authorization code.

SketchUp Pro 2018 serial numbers begin with the letter “T”."

Both my License number and Authorization number are exactly as they are in my licensing email from Sketchup. Any idea what I can do to fix this issue?

First, don’t double post. It just creates confusion and it’s against forum rules.

How many devices have you installed and licensed SketchUp 2018 on?

There is an issue I have seen a few times, where a valid license being used with the right versions of SketchUp, still shows the error you are seeing.

Here is the previous time I gave instructions to solve the problem:

Thank you for your help Dave adn Colin. The issue was resolved. At some point my Sketchup Pro 2018 license was updated to 2019 and I was unaware, so I kept trying the new Licensing info on Sketchup Pro 2018 instead of 2019… After reading many posts on the Forum, I found someone experiencing the same issue and this was their fix as well. All working as it should once I installed 2019. Still not sure how the update to 2019 happened, and my Sketchup Account Manager shows only the Free version of Sketchup under my products. Either way we are back to work now. Thank you again.
