OK, apparently they switched to WebGL2. Follow catamountain’s linked thread and check that Chrome has not disabled it.

Thank you so much! According to that thread this problem is temporary and the development team will maintain an old fork so older computers can still run Sketch Up :wink:

This is a good example of why I think desktop applications are superior to web apps. They don’t just magically stop working (unless you are on Win 10).
