Hi @jch27, thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having issues with SketchUp for Schools. I am happy to work with you to get this resolved.
I can not recall what our solution to the issue was in that thread but I can ask Tori later today and see if she remembers what we did to fix it. In the meantime, I am happy to add your domain to our database and start the usual troubleshooting steps to rule some things out.
First, I will need to know your domain so I can add it to the database. If you are not comfortable sharing it on the forums you can send it to me via a personal message.
Second, I need to know what you are using to deploy the app. I am assuming Google based on the thread you linked, but I need to know for sure before I can offer any additional advice.
Finally, I would like to know what browser you are using to access the app. If you can select the browser you use, I recommend using Chrome.
Anyway, please let me know what I need so we can start working on a solution.
Edit; I got the private message from you and have added your domain to the database. Please let me know if you are still seeing the issue in an hour. If so, I’ll start the next steps on troubleshooting.
