Hey alt1dude, I started this post last fall and Casey was helping me with it. Our problem boiled down to our domain not being designated as an education domain. Fortunately, I am the google admin for our district and I was able to send them our domain info so that Sketchup could double check that our domain had the education designation. If you are not the google admin for your district I would reach out to whoever is and ask them to contact Sketchup and send them your domain info so that Sketchup can double check that your school districts domain has the Education designation with them. They may come back and say that it does and that the problem is deployment but they will also send you instructions for deployment of Sketchup and you can check that your deployment is correct and if it is I recommend that your team send them screen shots proving that and then keep asking them to designate your domain as education. Ours did not start working again until they manually went in and changed our domain to education in their system so that is probably what is going on for you. My other recommendation is that you create a new topic here and let Sketchup know what is going on, this is an old topic and they may not look at this one right away but if you start a new topic one of their support staff should reply fairly quickly.
