Buongiorno, sono l’amministratore Google Workspace Educational dell’istituto tecnico ITCG Oggiano Siniscola (NU), da qualche giorno gli utenti non riescono più ad accedere a sketchup con l’account Google workspace nonostante ci siano tutte le autorizazzioni melle impostazioni.
Il dominio educational dell’istituto è itcgoggiano.net.
Attendo cortesemente Vostre indicazioni per poter risolvere il problema.

Hi @itcgoggiano thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. I am happy to work with you to get this resolved and if all goes well, you will be back up and running in no time at all!
The first thing I will need from you is your domain and confirmation if you are a k-12 school or higher education. I also need to know what you are using to deploy the app (Google or Microsoft).
Once I have all of that information I can start troubleshooting things on our end and hopefully that is all I need to do to get you up and running.
If that does not work, I’ll need a screenshot of the exact error you are seeing with developer mode enabled and the console tab active within developer mode so if you want to include that, it would be great.

If you are, can you send me a screenshot of the exact error you are seeing with developer mode enabled and the console tab open?
While it is unfortunate that we were unable to solve the issue on the first try, can you please share the screenshot I requested of the console in developer mode? I am unable to assist you without it.
