Good morning, I’m the Google Workspace Educational administrator at the ITCG Oggiano Technical Institute in Siniscola (NU). For a few days now, users have been unable to access SketchUp WEB with their Google Workspace Educational account, despite having all the necessary permissions in their settings.
The school’s educational domain is itcgoggiano.net.

Specifically, I need to know your domain, if you are a k-12 school or higher education school and what you are using to deploy the app (Google or Microsoft). Once I know that I can try a few steps on my end to see if we can get you up and running right away!
Also, if you can get me a screenshot of the exact error you are seeing with developer mode enabled and the console tab selected that would tell me what I can try next in case we need to dig deeper.
