A lot of school accounts are not able to enter in web Sketchup for Schools

Hi, since yesterday a lot of account of my school are not able to use SketchUp for Schools even it the permissions are the same for everyone.

The message is this:

Sembra che la tua scuola non abbia accesso a SketchUp for Schools. Per ottenerlo, verifica quanto segue:

  1. La tua scuola è registrata presso Google for Education

  2. Il tuo super amministratore Google ha distribuito SketchUp for Schools per il tuo dominio.

  3. Stai effettuando l’accesso con un account Google for Education.

Hi @gianfranco.detullio thanks for the post and sorryo to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. I will need some additional information before I can recommend a potential fix for your issue but it should be easy enough to get. Can you confirm if any users on the domain are able to access the app? This will help narrow down possible solutions for you.

Hi, yes, a lot of users have access, but more or less 15% of the users don’t have access, even if the domain is the same “icbursi.edu.it”.
Thank you for the answer.
Gianfranco

Thanks for the reply @gianfranco.detullio. If any accounts at all can access the app that means that the firewall is not blocking the domain and that the deployment was successful. If only some students are unable to access the app that means that the issue is most likely an account level issue. I am just guessing here but it is possible that some students may have accidentally changed a setting on their account that is preventing the login from resolving. I would recommend checking to make sure that they are allowing popups and cookies on their account.

If you could get me a full screen screenshot of the error message with the developer console open in Chrome that would help me narrow it down a bit more.
