SketchUp for Schools access error for one teacher account in approved domain

Hello,

Our school domain (IES Miguel Servet, domain: @iesmiguelservet.com) is approved for SketchUp for Schools and it works fine for other teachers and students. However, my own Google for Education account maradetovar@iesmiguelservet.com always gets the message “It seems that your school does not have access to SketchUp for Schools”, while other accounts from the same OU and domain can sign in without any problem.I have already tried: clearing cache and cookies, different browsers and devices, revoking third‑party access in my Google account, checking pop‑ups, third‑party cookies and age settings in Google Workspace. Nothing has changed; the same error keeps appearing only for my user.Could you please check on your side if there is any issue with how my user is registered for SketchUp for Schools and reset or re‑link the access for this account? I am a teacher and need SketchUp for my classes.Thank you very much in advance.

Hi @Maradetovar sorry I missed your post. If you are still seeing the error, my first recommendation is that you check to make sure popups are enabled and cookies are allowed but seeing as you already did that we can move ahead to more advanced steps. Can you take a screenshot of the developer mode console when you have a chance and post the screenshot here? I may be able to get an answer for you from that.

Se solucionó en ambos casos, gracias. Pensé que lo había solucionado usted, no hicimos nada más en ninguna de las dos cuentas y comenzaron a funcionar sin problemas.
