Hello Reader - I’m here to learn how to use SketchUp and Layout for site measurement, base mapping and design takeoffs, primarily for landscaping and home remodeling.

I’m integrating drone photogrammetry (point clouds - Undet and SU Scan Essentials) and Microsoft Hololens into my workflows. My goal is to create design deliverables for clients (home-owners), designers and construction crews.

I’d like to incorporate dynamic components into my SU workflow by creating libraries of component ‘tools’. Ruby? Maybe. Let the work (fun) begin.
