Posted this to another thread, but just in case … My students are unable to log in to Sketchup for Schools. Our domain is dallasisd.org. I can log in just fine, but my students cannot. Any ideas? Thanks.
Do your student accounts use the same domain address as educators/admins at your school? If so, I would recommend checking that the admin settings for your account have allowed the app for users under 18. This is a recent change made by Google and has affected a number of users. I can verify that the domain address you provided has been previously registered, so that should not inhibit access.
domain : Stgregorys.school. some students are able to access sketchup but teachers are not able open sketchup. Error 400: admin_policy_enforced ( Authorization Error) . I am an admin.
any help would be appriciated. tried to contact Google but no help so far.

We have followed these directions and students still cannot access SketchUp for Schools. They get the “Are you in the right place?” message. We do not allow Google Classroom and I gather based on previous forums that this may be the problem. Please whitelist aacps.org for use.

@tebrown1 Your domain has been registered for use of SketchUp for Schools which should solve the problem. Please let me know if you continue to receive this error message.

We are a Google School (Google Workspace for Education Plus Lic.) . We have deployed and allowed sketchup for school in your domain but users cannot log-in into Sketup.
The attached screen appears, the students log in with the gsuite school account but the screen keeps reappearing. Our domain is @ismonaco.com.

Hi @PCOLONNESE. Thanks for posting all the info in your post. It made it really quick to verify your information and I was able to add you to our database. Just go ahead and deploy the app and you should be all set to go. Just make sure you do it correctly or you will get a similar error message and that can be a little confusing for some users.

I am happy to get you added to our database but I need to verify a few things first. Can you confirm you are a K-12 school and not higher education? Additionally, there are a few things I may need to get you added. They can usually be found on a school website. Can you link me to your website so I can make sure I have the right information?

First, g.bears.ed.jp is part of the bears.ed.jp domain managed by the Kumamoto Prefectural Board of Education in Japan. If you search the bears.ed.jp domain by WHOIS, you will find that it is an educational network operated by the Kumamoto Prefectural Board of Education.
By the way, the schools under the jurisdiction of the Kumamoto Prefectural Board of Education have 50 high schools, 3 junior high schools, and 24 special needs schools. All of these are K-12 schools.
Next is the link to these school websites. These websites are managed by the Kumamoto Prefectural Education Center, which is an organization within the Kumamoto Prefectural Board of Education, and are operated using the higo.ed.jp domain prepared for the website.
The 50 high schools under the jurisdiction of the Kumamoto Prefectural Board of Education are listed on the Kumamoto Prefectural Education Center website 高等学校 - ひごっ子まなLabo.
If you search the higo.ed.jp domain by WHOIS, you will find that it is a network operated by the Kumamoto Prefectural Education Center. You can also see that the DNS server that manages this higo.ed.jp domain is also the name server of the bears.ed.jp domain called dns2kc1.bears.ed.jp.
The bears.ed.jp domain was originally used for email by the Kumamoto Prefectural Board of Education, and recently started using the g.bears.ed.jp domain for use with the google service. I’m really sorry that it’s hard to understand.
However, there is no doubt that it is a public network used in the K-12 school. I definitely want to take advantage of this best tool, SketchUp. I expect a good reply.
Thank you for the detailed reply @f_seiya! I was able to find everything I needed. I’ll get your domain added to our database in the next few minutes. Make sure that you deploy the app correctly when you deploy it. Doing in improperly can cause issues later on for students.

Unfortunately, I’ve tried it with my @ g.bears.ed.jp account now, but I still get the message “Invalid account”.
In March, we asked the prefectural administrator (Board of Education) of our G Suite services to process the SketchUp for Schools application for permission. And I was informed that it was completed.
Should I ask the prefectural administrator (Board of Education) again to confirm that the application permission processing has been completed?
