When a district āGrants Accessā to the marketplace app, does that automatically send all of our district data to you? Or is that just allowing teachers and students to grant access when they log in with their district Google accounts. Since we were unable to obtain a CSDPA with your company, we only want the school sites that have parent permission to have their data shared with you.

@Steve_Ketchup I too am stuck at the loop of login prompts. We have Google and Azure and I am the global admin for both. I for sure have authorized Azure. My colleague says they did the Google side. Is it possible I need to be whitelisted as well? My colleague had said they configured things in Google Workspace. Could you please verify my domains? We are āboyertownasd.orgā and āstudent.boyertownasd.orgā.

We are having an issue here where some students have no problems logging in on their Chromebooks, while other students are stuck at the white loading screen. ChromeOS versions are 93 and 94 (also tried on a 91), as some students are better at clicking the update notification before itās forced.
Iāve whitelisted our cloud-filtering service. Added the Marketplace app to force install directly to devices as well as flipped the switch on in the store - allowing all data sharing. Iāve added the link to the waffle menu and āinstalledā the pop-out window. Iāve also cleared the cache each time to make sure the Google login window pops-up. Permissions are allowed for data (including Classroom and Drive)
Iāve also tried both on student and staff networks. I saw another thread and logged into windows first and then on the chromebook and even account doesnāt work.
