Steve left Sketchup nearly two years ago. @CaseyG should see your messages and help, but we are on a three day weekend. Hopefully he will see the messages when we’re back to work on Tuesday.

Colin is indeed correct, but I can jump online for a few minutes and get you added to the database right now @adploch. I do however need a link to your website so I can grab some additional information. I tried the link in your post but it didn’t seem to load anything. Can you make sure that the link is correct so I can get you added?

As for you @jody.butstraen, I am at a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to your website as I don’t speak Dutch. I was unable to determine if you were a k-12 school or not. Can you confirm if you are a k-12 school? Once I know that I can determine if you are qualified or not and if you are qualified then I can get you added to the database.

Hi @adploch, thanks for the post! I have just checked our database to confirm that you are in there and you are still on our approved list. I also pinged the server with a quick test and everything came back looking good.

All of our troubleshooting steps start with clearing the cache and cookies to make sure it is not just a simple bad file so try clearing those out first to see if we get lucky with a simple fix.

After that, our next step is usually to make sure that the app was deployed correctly so try making sure the deployment went correctly if you are still running into issues.

If neither of those work, let me know and we can move forward with a few more tests to see if we can get you up and running.

I can login with my endpoint administrator account, but the usual teachers and students accounts still get the message, that they are not allowed to login.

Hi @j.schueler, thanks for the post. As previously mentioned in the thread, Steve left SketchUp a number of years ago and can’t help you out anymore. I however, can help you get things up and running. Just @ me if you need assistance in the future.

I am happy to get you added to our database and hopefully that will get things sorted out for you. In fact, by the time this post is live you should be all set to deploy the app if you have not already done so. Just make sure the app deploys correctly as an improper deployment will have a very similar effect to what you are currently seeing when students try and log in.
