I have Enscape paid subscription - is this causing a purge request page all the time - with crash out everytime? What is the fix?
Update Enscape to the latest version. That fixes the Sketchup crash.

Yes, this was reported in both Preview versions of 4.5 and resolved before the stable release of 4.5 was shipped.
In case anyone continues to experience this after updating to Enscape 4.5.0.485, please use the Enscape Support button to send us your logs.

We also have this same crashing issue when purging using current Enscape 2025 and Sketchup 2025.
Have you updated to Enscape 4.6? It was a bug fixed with 4.5 but the latest stable version is 4.6, which contains all the fixes from 4.5 and some more.
