SketchUp 2023 keeps crashing on new MacBook Pro

Hi there. I’m using SketchUp Pro 2023 on a new MacBook Pro and it keeps crashing! I never had this issue before and Im frustrated. I have read on another thread that some plug ins are not compatible and tried to delete. Some wont let me and Im not sure why- Photo shows the remaining extensions that I cant delete despite restarting etc… Im running on the operating system Sonoma 14.4.1.
Since deleting some other extensions, it still crashes.
Any help or leads are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply… I tried and it seems right. This is a thorough investigation and honestly- SketchUp needs to live up and fix this bug, it seems quite ridiculous and its happened for a long time now.

How long will you guys take to fix the issues for Mac users? Or should I invest in a Windows Laptop? I’m looking to buy a MacBook pro with the M3 Max chip.
Pls advise.

Roughly the same amount of time. Many at sketchup HQ are on mac and yeah mac fixes come to about the same rate as pc fixes. Because of the framework change last year, I’d say there are fewer on mac too right now
