Hello! I’ve been having issues with SketchUp Pro. SketchUp 2018 isn’t launching for me, giving me a long error code (0xc000007b), and because the license I have is a 2018 license, I can’t use my license. Is it transferrable to SketchUp 2016?

If I had to guess I’d think that the Microsoft Visual C Runtime library
that SketchUp uses is not present or installed correctly.
Try to repair the install by finding the installer exe (look in Downloads folder), …
right-click it with mouse, and choose “Run as administrator” …
Then choose the “Repair” option.
If a repair or reinstall does not work …
