[!] SketchUp Pro 2018 Not Launching

I have tried multiple times to fix this, to no avail. When installing SketchUp Pro 2018 (to which I have a Pro license for) I get an error saying "Module C:\Program Files\SketchUp\SketchUp 2018’ThubsUp.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147024703.

Please help, as I need to be able to use SketchUp 2018 or risk losing my license
