Not installing SketchUp Make

Hi there.

I’ve tried using different internet browsers and am still having the same result.
Just before it completes the install the following message appears.
“Module C:\program Files\SketchUp\SketchUp2017\ThumbsUp.dll failed to register. HRESULT
-21470247700. Contact your support personnel.”

I would appreciate some advise or help.
