I just tried to download Sketchup 2017 Pro trial version. This error came up–ThumbsUp.dll failed to register HRERESULT-21470224770.
How can I solve this? Thanks!
Search the forum for ‘ThumbsUp.dll’.
When you ran the installer, did you right-click and select “Run as Administrator”? Simply being an Administrator isn’t enough, you must use this menu option. All sorts of issues happen if you don’t.
