Have you tried to reinstall it?

Be sure you are all updated from Windows Update, SP1 etc. SU 2015 needs dotNET 4 up to date as well.

The other thing I’d ask is did you Run the installer with elevated privileges ? See the instructions here: Installing SketchUp: http://help.sketchup.com/en/article/56085

[image] mac7595: See this link on how to expose it if you need it but you should not. Yes, these days, the right-click “Run As Administrator” pattern is much safer. But the information about the logon is also interesting.
