Sketchup 2018 not showing up under "My Products"!

I own Sketchup Pro 2018. I have a serial number. I have been using it since 2018. Now I have a new PC and I can’t install it!

When I go to “add license” it just says “Bummer, looks like your’e not online”. I paid $500 for this software!! Is that supposed to be funny? Of course I’m online. The fact that I’m making this post proves it.

There is a known issue with 2018.

SketchUp (desktop version) thinks you don't have an Internet connection

Since about a month ago there has been an increase in the number of forum posts and support requests, where SketchUp is showing a message about how you need to have an Internet connection to do that feature. The features affected would include Add location, Generate Report, 3D Warehouse, and Extension Warehouse. It also would prevent you from being able to add a Classic license, or use an existing Network license. Some extensions may be affected too, if they rely on having an Internet connection…

You do have a 2019 license, which I have just had sent to you. It might be easier to install 2019 onto your new PC, rather than have to fix 2018.
