Problem with SketchUp Pro 2018 Installation

Hi,

Recently I reinstalled Windows 10 and because of it the Sketchup pro 2018 software disappeared from my laptop. Luckily, I still kept their Installation file and license.

Installation of Sketchup was smoothly but when I ran it, an error message appeared as shown by figure 1. When I tried to add license, another error message appeared as shown by figure 2.

I don’t have problem with internet connection.

Does someone have experience like me?
