Sketchup keeps saying I’m offline even though I’m online. Looks like a common SU problem but I cant find a solution for the Mac (running Big Sur). V2018 pro. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I keep getting the same offline notification issue.
Here’s what comes up when I try to add my serial number to the newly installed 2018 pro.
