I wanted to ask if Sketchup has an extension that does half section cuts or offset section cuts like the ones in the photos?
Well I guess I was looking for something like an extension that can be made into a scene then transposed into layout for final construction documents.

I’ve requested this in the past, the only solution I’ve found is make multiple scenes showing the different sections and on layout align the viewports to make it look like a jogged section.

yes, this is the only way I believe
If the model is simple and asolid, make a grouped copy of the part you wish to cut ‘jaggedly’, off to one side and perhaps with a separate tag. Now make a grouped ’cutting-block’ volume that follows the cut-path desired and place it over the main copy. Use the subtract tool to cut the copy and you should get the desired result - color the ‘cut’ faces as desired…
