Scam? - Facebook Ad - $29.99 SketchUp Pro 2022 Full Version Lifetime

Is SketchUp selling some sort of bulk licenses to resellers?

The website that is hosting that is blocked by my browsers, so I’m sure that is a scam.

I got a set of steak knives with it and some shares in a bridge.

90% off of what? I hate such advertising.
So actually what is the real price of the digital version of that book  about SketchUp Pro 2022.
Or even worse, is it about: pay now → receive uh …later (never).

I have reported advertisements on Facebook as scam before. It’s no use, the next day you’ll see the same advertisement… And the next day, and the next…
I guess they make money off of it so it has no high priority…

No Eiffel tower? Not worth $29.99 then!

Same. I’ve reported them on Facebook groups before too, but they don’t even have a category for counterfeit/stolen goods.

All the typos and inconsistencies sure do scream scam! Which is it, 80% or “up to 90%” off? Why would I want SketchUp PTO? What if i don’t have Gmail? The scammers didn’t put much effort into this ad!

An it comes in a DVD case!

Guys… this is clearly a different product… Trimble does not sell SketchUp PTO… probably some sort of misunderstanding…

Thanks for reporting this @jawsnaz

Power Take-Off…

When I get to that point there’ll be one of those on my traction engine to run the hot dog roller or cheese grater.

That’s a European thing, we sell shares in the new bridge to Tasmania, or sell the harbour bridge outright. It’s certainly no ‘one careful owner’ these days.

Almost looks like a double betamax box. Or at least a VHS manual and 13 floppy disks.

I just looked at the website, why bother getting Sketchup when none can get Autocad for the same price? It’s a way better deal!

Today I learned that people still use Facebook.

SketchUp PTO is the Paid Time Off version - that’s a special edition where you launch SketchUp and go on holiday, and when you come back your work is done… what a deal!
