I am NOT a licensed architect, but I have a rare set of overlapping skill sets and life experiences that give me a broad scope to serve my clients. I started in the construction trade right out of High School in 1988 and have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. I am self-taught in 3D Architectural Design and Construction Documents. I create construction designs and documents for Custom Homes and Barndominiums and value engineer projects based on my extensive real-world building experience.

I also own Arizona Commercial Drones Services and have flown drones for Infrastructure, Powerline, Solar Farms, Cellular Tower Inspection, Construction Progress documentation, Point Cloud, and Photogrammetry.

During Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, I was honored to be a part of the first FAA-sanctioned/approved Team to provide drone support to the Red Cross and local Governments with “Humanitarian Drones” in Houston and Rockport, TX.

I have extensive experience identifying client needs, client communications, building strong client relationships, creating creative solutions, and providing professional service.

My background includes extensive Real Estate Sales, Construction Project Design and Consulting, Operations Management, Project Management, and Field Superintendent experience in the construction industry. I also owned and operated a couple of successful construction companies.
