Problem with account

Hello! Purchased 1 year license for educators. Received e-mail from trimble, activated it. Trying to log in, it says that my license expired (its truth, on 2 of my profiles in the account present expired versions of subscription) But sketchup doesnt see that on one of the profiles the subscription is fresh… What should I do?

Make sure you select the right account in your AMP ( myaccount.trimble.com )
It should say “Purchased via…”
Then go to the Members section and see which email has got ‘Product access’
Change it with the three dots at the end of that line.

Then log out in SketchUp and start it up again.
