Sketchup PRO 2020 not linking my paid subscription

I feel silly- the problem was that I had not assigned access to me, but reading this post: on this same forum

Problem with account

Hello! Purchased 1 year license for educators. Received e-mail from trimble, activated it. Trying to log in, it says that my license expired (its truth, on 2 of my profiles in the account present expired versions of subscription) But sketchup doesnt see that on one of the profiles the subscription is fresh… What should I do?
