Your Subscription Does Not Include SketchUp Pro

I let my SketchUp Pro 2022 subscription expire on 26 November, 2024. On 30 November, 2024, I purchased SketchUp Pro, taking advantage of the “Black Friday” sale.

Since then, whenever I start SketchUp and sign in, I get a message saying, “Your Subscription Does Not Include SketchUp Pro.”

When I go to my account > “Payment History,” it shows an approved payment on 30 November, 2024.

Under account > Plan Settings, it shows that I have SketchUp Pro, Annual. It is Active, I have 1 available seat out of 1 total seats, and the renewal date is 2025 - NOV - 29. I also received a receipt from Trimble acknowledging my SketchUp Pro purchase.

I have only one e-mail address associated with SketchUp. I sign in to SketchUp with this e-mail address, my account info is associated with this e-mail address, and I received my receipt from Trimble at this e-mail address.

I have tried signing out and signing in again. I have un-installed SketchUp and re-installed it. Nothing works, and I am currently stumbling along with a trial version of SketchUp Pro 2024.

Thank you in advance for any help anyone can provide!

Have you assigned the 1 available seat to yourself?
This normally gets done automatically, but if you tick the wrong box it allows you to manage but doesn’t assign the seat. This is so you can pay for it as the boss and assign it to an employee.

If you can get signed in and see one seat available, what Box said will solve the problem.

I can’t see any purchases from the email address you use in the forum. Is it possible you signed in with a ‘hide my email’ option? I know that’s possible using the sign in with Apple option, and maybe with Microsoft or Google as well. If you did, you would want to sign in the same way in order to manage the account, at this page:

https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization

but if you add your regular email as the user of the seat, then when signing in to SketchUp you would want to sign in with the Trimble option, or whichever way you have been signing in previously.

Many thanks for your assistance. I also contacted SketchUp Support, who said there was an “account issue,” but did not elaborate. The issue has been resolved, and I thank you again!
