I have purchased my annual SketchUp Pro subscription and my account is showing the SketchUp account is active. This was in the payment confirmation email: “Your request to change SketchUp Studio, Annual Plan to SketchUp Pro, Annual Plan has been received and will be effective at your next renewal date 15-02-2025”
I have 2 seats with the subscription
I purchased a new computer for business and went to deauthorize seats to switch from my old to the new computer. That’s when I found out that my STATUS for my subscription is “expired” (even though I have paid and have confirmation)
Also in " MY PRODUCTS" it says You currently have no plans or products assigned to you
I am able to us my SketchUp without any problems on my old computers, wont let me sing in on the new one, says to many activations. I’m not able to do any changes to anything in my account.
Tried to log out and back in multiple times, uninstalled older version, made sure I’m logged out on all devices, massaged customer support, unfortunately NOTHING HELPED.
The email you use in the forum is the admin on your account, and is assigned one of the two Pro subscription seats. The other seat is not yet assigned.
Your name isn’t that common a name, and so I think the Free subscription that was set up a couple of days ago, by someone with your name, using your first initial and last name at verizon dot net, may well be you.
Can you check to see if you’re signed in with that email by mistake? If it’s your plan to have the verizon email use one of the seats, then sign into the account management page with your usual email, and add the verizon email as a user for the subscription. It’s probably the same page you were looking at recently:
I used and i use only my primary email (the one i used to setup my SketchUp account) to access my account and manage it. That did not work so i used my other administrative email to see if it would trigger an updated on the account. It didn’t.
My account is telling me that i have no subscription activated (which i do have) the subscription status is “expired” and that is preventing me to do any changes to my settings. And it’s also telling me that i have no products assigned to my account and so i can’t deauthorize my logins which is now preventing me to sign in with my new designer’s computer.
I do have two seats purchased. I use one and my designer uses the other seat. When i go to "MEMBERS " and tried to reassigned seats it tels me i have 0/0 and will not do anything.
And now to add to my frustration, I’m not able to log into my account, i get a red message stating that i have acceded my allowed logins and to try it later. I have tried "later " many times and it’s not letting me in.
My fear is that there is no personal communication with the support team and it will be a nightmare to get my account sorted out.
The timing is unfortunate, in that Support wound down for the week a little while before you posted yesterday. Some of Support is in Europe and should see any messages you have sent them fairly early in the day your time on Monday. If it needs to be someone in Colorado that fixes things, we’re an hour ahead of you. I will message colleague so they know to look for messages from you as soon as they start working.
The email that does have Pro assigned to it is the one that starts with ‘info’. That’s the admin email for your account. If you have triggered a problem with signing in with Trimble, you could sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, if that same email address is also a valid email for those other services. You would of course use your other service password so sign in, and not the one you set up with Trimble.
I did think the time out was something like 30 minutes, I’m sure you have waited longer than that. Hopefully the email is valid for Google, for example…
I have another idea for you, which I will send via a direct message.
