I already purchase sketchup pro but it show only trial ,and i can not use

i already purchased sketchup pro account a couple of day ago but when i download it it only show on the screen is trial
pls tell me how to solve this problems

If the subscription license is activated and the home screen of SketchUp Pro still shows the Trail period?
First log out, close SketchUp and start it up again. Then log in again with your Trimble ID.
Usually the problem is now solved.

Check whether the subscription license has been activated on your email address (Trimble ID) via the Trimble Account Management Portal.

Did you purchase from SketchUp.com or a reseller?

nnijmeijer has the right solution. At the moment the Pro subscription seat is not assigned to anyone. Sign into this page:

https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/ecom/portal#/subscription

and look in the Members section. Make sure you have selected your work account and not your personal account. In the Members section you can add who should use the Pro subscription. Once you are listed in there you should be able to close and reopen SketchUp, and it won’t say Trial anymore.
