Cannot log in to Sketchup App even though i purchased the monthly pro subscription plan

I recently purchased the subscription plan for Sketchup Pro, but when i try to log in

showing that my license has expired. However, in my trimble account, it shows that my license is active.

I dont understand what’s going on, i have paid for a subscription that i cannot use.

Can someone help me out?

let’s rule out the first 2 steps :

  • have you tried disconnecting then reconnecting ?
  • are you 100% sure you’re on the same account ?

also, tip here, in about 2 weeks, the monthly subscription will double its price to 100€/month.
on the other hand, the yearly sub will increase only to 400/year

so, if you realise you’ll need SU for more than 4 month/year, you have until… well the end of the month to get the annual sub for the “old” price of 350.

Yes i am aware of the price increases for the monthly. Most likely will go for annual plan later down the road.

Have you tried signing out from the upper right corner and deauthorize all the devices from your product manager.

I do not see any products. Why is that?

You haven’t assigned the license to yourself.

Which is why you have 1/1 subscriptions available.
Assign it under “members”

On the left of the management page is an account menu. For your email address there are four accounts. The one with the monthly subscription listed is the one with the initials V E. That is the one to select, and once you’re looking at it you would go to Members, find yourself in the list, and click on the three dots at the end. There you can modify product access, and make sure you’re allowed to use the monthly subscription.
