we updated to 2018 in jun a year a go if i remenber, it s not coherent with updating from 2018 to 2019. Plus we updated from a classic to a classic sketchup without special support.

It can t be since be updated to 2018 in jun 2017 i don t remenber that we payed for maintenance and support we just payed for a sketchup licence.
So, in the worst case scenario, you could stil use version 2018.
If you paid today, you might wanna give it some time and check the renawal page in a few hours or so.
Thank s for your help but the mail we receved is from tody 17 july 2019 16h16 the message is telling us that we ask for the sketchup pro 2018 ? How can trimble site sale 2018 for 2019 version ? I don t think they steel sale old version. I don t understand why we receve that mail if it s that doesn t tel us that we are going to receve are 2019 update. Plus they didn t ask for a chose since it was for 2019.
If we ordered un 2018 license the site indicated 2019 not 2018 ? why then it would indicat 2018? it s confusing to follow the indication sor 2019 and to be sent to 2018. We need 2019 not 2018 since we already using it.
You still can get classic licenses.

We updated for 2019 we dont need a second 2018 version what should i do to get back are money? or get are upgrade.

Plus if on trimble site they don t ask for a choise the indication 2019. resselers saling 2018 why not but it s not what is showed on the site. thing are confusing to sale 2019 that shifting to 2018 whith no information. Hello I ve got a ather collegue but he didn t fing any solution to my problem. He juste told me to by a ather classic licence. I don t understand the proposition since I was upgrating from are 2018 licence. I need somebody else. Someone who can t find me a solution not to tel me to by a licence.

Thanks but now I very disappointed about the evolution of sketchup. It seems hard to reach Trimble when they are the one able to solved the problem. It seem now that they are no more helping people every thing is silence. There is no more help.
If you renewed today, Check the email account given when the payment was made. You should get an email with the license number and the authorization code. Also check the junk mail as it may have been routed there ( it has happened in the past ).
the mail we receved today was telling us this is the licence to sketchp pro 2018 with the sereal number et the autorisation number ? that doesn t correspond whith what we payed for since we where upgrating from 2018 a classic licence to 2019
Why have we receved that mail telling geving us the licenc we already have with no ather information about are ordering to 2018? The mail is telling us to download et install 2018 to use those information ? why ? we ordered 2019
