I didn’t mean that to be rude. I was honestly trying to help you. I apologize for trying. I get that you haven’t got a great internet connection but you’ve given us precious little to help you diagnose the problem.
what else can I give? you asked me for the file, I get it and I told you I can’t give it to you right now for reasons I can’t control so what else can I give? I gave as much details as I got, I know little abt the problem myself so ofc i can only give you limited info
Two possible solutions:
1:
open the Tags panel and make every Tag visible
then click the View > Hidden Geometry
at this point everything in your model will be visible
2:
Select all of your model
paste it into a new blank Sketchup model
only the invisible bits will be copied
I hope one of these ideas will work for you. If not the file may have a very rare type of corruption.
I tried the first solution already but not the second one and it worked! I guess it was just an error in sketchup! thank you so much!
